Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 9:00am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed revision to the General Records Retention Schedule for the Cities of Oregon. The Archives Division is proposing to revise the retention schedule contained within OAR 166-200-0085.
Review notes
One records series is proposed for change:
Employee Time Records are proposed to be retained 4 years instead of the current 3 years.
Comment period
Interested persons may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on Tuesday April 17, 2007.
