Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2008 at 10:30am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed update to the General Records Retention Schedule for the Cities of Oregon. The Archives Division is proposing to update all of OAR 166-200 as per regularly scheduled update cycle. An additional Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2008 at 9:00am to be held at the same address as listed above and is for the same purpose.

Review Notes
The rule change updates the general schedule for cities.

Comment Period
Interested persons may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on Monday December 1, 2008.
