Re: Corrections to the City General Retention Schedule
Overview
The current City General Records Retention Schedule (OAR 166-200) was revised in order to correct alphabetizing/numbering and minor content errors. Several record series have been renumbered; however, no retention periods were affected by these changes.
All additions made to the existing schedule are underlined (additions) and deletions are indicated by a strikethrough (deletions).
The “Revised” draft contains all changes made to the schedule including deletions and additions.
The “Clean” draft is the proposed retention schedule as it will appear when finalized.
Comment Period
Comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on 8/21/2009.
