Hearing Set for City, County & District General Retention Schedules

Re: Oregon Administrative Rule Hearing Date

An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2005 at 9:30am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding proposed revisions to the General Records Retention Schedule for the Cities of Oregon and the General Records Retention Schedule for Counties and Special Districts. The Archives Division is proposing to revise these retention schedules contained within OAR 166-150-0005; OAR 166-150-0110; OAR 166-200-0010 and OAR 166-200-0050.

Interested persons may comment on the proposed rules orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on April 25, 2005.
