Hearing for County and Special Districts Schedule on August 20

Re: Oregon Administrative Rule Hearing Date
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2004 at 10:00am, State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, in Salem regarding proposed revisions to the General Records Retention Schedule for Counties and Special Districts.
The Archives Division is proposing to repeal OAR 166-040 and 166-100 through 166-126, the current records retention schedule for counties and special districts, and adopt a new records retention schedule for counties and special districts which will be found in one rule, OAR 166-150.
According to OAR filing regulations:
“ Interested persons may comment on the proposed rules orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by the hearing date.”
