Proposed Amendments to OAR 166 Retention Schedules

Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) public hearing is scheduled for September 2, 2010 at 10:00 am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed amendment to OAR 166-300-0025(3). The State Archives is amending this rule to require a uniform 6 year retention of all state agency account transfer records, regardless of fund-type, documenting the authorized transfer, movement and receipt of funds between accounting structures.

Comment Period
Those interested may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday September 2, 2010.
