Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 9:00 am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed update to the General Records Retention Schedule for State Agencies. The Archives Division is proposing to establish financial records retention in the state agency general records retention schedule OAR 166-300.

The rule change establishes financial records retention in the general schedule for State Agencies.
Comment Period
Interested persons may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on Tuesday February 17, 2009.
