To the Speaker of the
House of Representatives,
Sir,
I have the honor to be in the receipt of the communication written by your direction, and signed by John McCrackin, Esquire. Clerk of the House of Representatives inclosing the following joint Resolution, “Resolved by the House, the Council concurring that His Excellency the Governor be informed that the Legislative Assembly is now organized,”
And in reply, permit me to say that it will afford me much pleasure, to communicate such information from time to time, as may be found in the archives of this office, and called for by the Legislative Assembly, or either branch thereof.
