Committee Administrator.  Gives overview of SB 229 B, with –4 amendments (EXHIBIT A) which authorizes the OECDD to designate up to five existing enterprise zones as electronic commerce zones.

Small Business and Emerging Technology Manager, Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD). Testifies in support of the bill. Says it implements one of the recommendations of the Internet Commission They have worked extensively on the Senate side, there is zero fiscal impact and a small revenue impact. Adds the bill implements the intent of the Internet commission.
