298	Chair Jenson	Discusses the fish run pattern between Alaska and Oregon. Notes the British Columbia Department of Ocean Fisheries (1999) study, which concluded that the harvest taking place between Alaska and Canada may have a greater impact on fish population than the habitat restoration issues.
346	Larry Sowa	Clackamas County Commissioner submits (EXHIBIT E). Provides an overview relating to the Sandy River situation.
