Explained that the (-C15) amendments to HB 2332-C allow a pollution control facility situated in an enterprise zone or a designated distressed area to quality for the upper tier level of the pollution control tax credit amount.  This provision takes effect only if SB 764-B becomes law.  SB 764-B includes the rework and sunset extension of the pollution control tax credit program.
