HB 2353B WORK SESSION
007	Counsel Taylor	Introduces HB 2353B that creates crime of causing another person to ingest a controlled substance with intent to commit crime of violence. Explains the difference between the house and senate versions of the bill.
033	Sen. Minnis	Says the senate committee thinks it is a good bill.
037	Rep. Lowe	MOTION: Moves HB 2353B to the floor with the recommendation that the House CONCUR in Senate amendments dated 4/27/01 and REPASS the Measure.
		VOTE: 5-0-1 EXCUSED: 1 - Sen. Harper
048	Chair Krieger	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED. REP. LOWE AND SEN. COURTNEY will lead discussion on the floor.
