Introduces HB 2353B that creates crime of causing another person to ingest a controlled substance with intent to commit crime of violence.  Explains the difference between the house and senate versions of the bill.

MOTION:  Moves HB  2353B to the floor with the recommendation that the House CONCUR in Senate amendments dated 4/27/01 and REPASS the Measure.
