011	Chair Williams	Points out that the Senate was not willing to pass this bill with the cockfighting amendment included. Asks for confirmation from counsel that the B16 amendments take out only the cockfighting portion of the bill.
020	Counsel Taylor	Agrees.
021	Rep. Shetterly	MOTION: Moves to ADOPT HB 2379B-16 amendments dated 07/06/01.
		VOTE: 6-0
024	Chair Williams	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
025	Rep. Williams	MOTION: Moves HB 2379B to the floor with the recommendation that the House CONCUR in Senate amendments dated 06/04/01 and that the bill be FURTHER AMENDED by the B16 amendments and the measure be REPASSED.
