Oregon Automobile Dealers Association (OADA). Testifies in support of the B9 amendments to HB 3917B. States that the bill in its current form deals with all consumer goods, as opposed to just manufactured dwellings. Indicates that the measure represents an unintended change to the Unfair Trade Practices Act. States that the B9 amendments clarify that the bill deals solely with manufactured housing.
