Calls the meeting to order at 10:40 a.m. and introduces SB 167B that permits court to appoint expert or panel of experts to investigate, examine or evaluate parties or children in specified proceedings.  Explains that the house amendments regarding third party custody and visitation are being considered for removal from the A-engrossed bill.

MOTION:  Moves SB 167B to the floor with the recommendation that the House RECEDE from the House amendments dated 5/31/01 and REPASS the Measure.

Asks for clarification of the scope of the amendments.
