013	Sen. Gordly	MOTION: Moves to ADOPT the proposed Committee Rules dated 02/26/02 (EXHIBIT A).
		VOTE: 3-0
014	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
015	Sen. Clarno	Announces that the committee will be adopting drafts of legislative concepts as committee bills – not passing legislation out of the committee.
026	Sen. Ferrioli	MOTION: Moves LC's: 4 and 21-2 BE INTRODUCED as committee bills.
		VOTE: 3-0
030	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
032	Admin. Marjorie Taylor	Indicates that LC 4 will be SCR 14 which adjourns the second special session of Seventy-first Legislative Assembly and LC 21-2 will be SB 5575 which adjusts appropriations and expenditure limitations for state agencies (EXHIBITS B & C).
037	Sen. Ferrioli	Reiterates the senate bill numbers for the LC drafts.
048	Sen. Clarno	Adjourns the meeting at 9:50 a.m.
