Discusses the previous stipulation on term limits, adopted by the people, then overturned by the courts due to case law regarding dual subjects.  Stresses that this legislation proposes twelve years with no internal limits.

Indicates that he is offended by Mr. Piccolo’s reference that the legislature is not doing the right thing in this regard.
