Legislative Fiscal Office (LFO).  Presents overview of HB 5090A, which makes technical changes to bill adopted during second special session.  Refers to budget report and measure summary (EXHIBIT A).  Explains statutory citation changes, elimination or establishment of expenditure limitations.

Confirms the purpose of the bill is to correct errors from second special session.

Asks how the corrections would be done if no special session had been called.

Explains the corrections could be done during the next session but it is an appropriate action at this time.
