003	Chair Clarno	Calls the meeting to order at 1:20 p.m. and opens a public hearing on SR 5 which honors and commends Clay Myers for extraordinary public and community service.
SR 5 PUBLIC HEARING
005	Sen. Margaret Carter	Senate District 22. Acknowledges the many accomplishments of Clay Myers, “one of the living legends” of Oregon politics and public affairs, as the impetus for proposing this legislation.
017	Chair Clarno	Thanks Sen. Carter for her efforts in bringing forward this legislation. Closes the public hearing on SR 5 and opens a work session.
SR 5 WORK SESSION
023	Sen. Yih	MOTION: Moves SR 5 be sent to the floor with a BE ADOPTED recommendation.
		VOTE: 2-0-1 EXCUSED: 1 - Atkinson
026	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED. SEN. CARTER will lead discussion on the floor.
028	Chair Clarno	Closes the work session on SR 5 and adjourns the meeting at 1:23 p.m.
