003	Chair Clarno	Calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and opens a work session on SCR 16 adjourning third special session of Seventy-first Legislative Assembly.
SCR 16 WORK SESSION
005	Sen. Atkinson	MOTION: Moves to AMEND SCR 16 on page 1 after "adjourn sine die at," insert "11:00 p.m. on the 29th day of June, 2002."
013	Sen. Yih	Asks why the time being set for adjournment is so late.
015	Chair Clarno	Responds that 11:00 p.m. was the suggested time that all of the paperwork might be completed.
018	Sen. Yih	Wonders if the committee has to meet again if the time is changed to an earlier adjournment.
019	Administrator Marjorie Taylor	Answers that the bill would have to be re-referred to the committee for an amendment, but it could be done on the side aisle of the Senate floor.
023		VOTE: 3-0
023	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
024	Sen. Atkinson	MOTION: Moves SCR 16 be sent to the floor with a BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED recommendation.

028	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
047	Chair Clarno	Closes the work session on SCR 16 and adjourns the meeting at 5:36 p.m.
