016	Lorna Walker	Keizer, Oregon. Refers to Quality Education Commission’s research resulting in minimal level of funding for education. Emphasizes the importance of establishing minimum education funding for future generations.
067	Chair Ferrioli	Thanks the witness for taking time to come.
