Calls meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. and opens a work session on HCR 25.

HCR 25 – WORK SESSION

Explains that the committee will amend HCR 25, the Sine Die resolution, in line four to state, “The Legislative Assembly shall adjourn Sine Die on the 20th day of August 2002.”  Explains that any reference in the measure to the time of day will be deleted.

MOTION:  Moves to AMEND HCR 25 on page 1, in line four as previously stated by Chair Wilson and to ADOPT the resolution AS AMENDED.
