007	Sen. Clarno	Announces that the committee will be adopting drafts of legislative concepts as committee bills – not passing legislation out of the committee.
015	Sen. Atkinson	MOTION: Moves LC 30 BE INTRODUCED as a committee bill (EXHIBIT A).
		VOTE: 2-0-1 EXCUSED: Yih
018	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
020	Janet Adkins	Committee Administrator. Indicates that LC 30 urges Congress of United States to enact emergency hazardous fuels reduction plan.
025	Chair Clarno	Closes the work session and adjourns the committee at 3:25 p.m.
