SCR 19 WORK SESSION
007	Sen. Atkinson	MOTION: Moves to AMEND SCR 19 to read “the fifth special session of the Seventy-first Legislative Assembly shall adjourn sine die on the 17th day of September, 2002."
		VOTE: 3-0
012	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
014	Sen. Atkinson	MOTION: Moves SCR 19 be sent to the floor with a BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED recommendation.
		VOTE: 3-0
017	Chair Clarno	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED. SEN. CLARNO will lead discussion on the floor.
018	Chair Clarno	Closes the work session on SCR 19 and adjourns the meeting at 8:38 p.m.
