016	Steve Novick	Legislative Director, Oregon Department of Education (ODE). Testifies in favor of SB 124A. Explains the bill regarding charter school appeals.
036	Joanie Giles	ODE. Concurs with the testimony in favor of SB 124A.
039	Rep. Nolan	Asks how often requests have been made and what the disposition of the State Board of Education has been.
045	Giles	Responds that in terms of requests for waivers by the State Board. Informs there have been seven requests.
