Introduces HB 2759 which eliminates legislative policy and intent that judges of circuit court need adequate court services to assist courts in exercising jurisdiction over family and family-related matters. Discusses the -26 amendments (EXHIBIT A) which are the composite amendment. Says that the -27 and -28 amendments were prepared by Rep. Ackerman (EXHIBITS B-C).
