Provided background, currently in the process of being amended to allow the disclosure of income tax information.  Discussed -5 amendment which expands the disclosure to include payroll and net earnings from self-employment.  The issue currently is getting the right information from the correct department.

Clarifies the amendments will expand the sharing of information to include payroll and self-employment tax, but amendments are not yet accurate?
