PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RULE 8.01 – WORK SESSION
	Chair Doyle	Explains purpose of the Proposed Amendment to House Rule 8.01 (EXHIBIT B, page 1), and the proposed amendment to the amendment (EXHIBIT B, page 2).
088	Rep. Barnhart	Asks for clarification of construction of the proposed amendment (EXHIBIT A, page 1).
	Chair Doyle	Clarifies the purpose of the two documents.
111	Rep. Flores	MOTION: Moves to ADOPT the proposed amendments to House Rule 8.01 dated 2/6/03 (EXHIBIT B, page 2).
117	Rep. Monnes Anderson	Ask for confirmation that the budget adjustments for 2001-03 will not be heard in Ways and Means, but will be heard by the Special Committee on Budget. Asks if the Special Committee on Budget will hear anything other than the 2001-03 budget items.
123	Chair Doyle	Explains that by adopting the proposed amendment (EXHIBIT B, page 2), the only measures that will be referred to the Special Committee on Budget relate to the 2001-03 budget.
