	Chair Knopp	Hearing no objection, declares the motion CARRIED.
225	Sen. Corcoran	MOTION: Moves HB 2020 to the floor with the recommendation that the House CONCUR in Senate amendments dated 07/02/03 and that the bill be FURTHER AMENDED by the -27 amendments and the measure be REPASSED.
239		VOTE: 5-0 AYE: In a roll call vote, all members present vote Aye.
	Chair Knopp	The motion CARRIES. MACPHERSON will lead discussion on the House floor. CORCORAN AND MINNIS will lead discussion on the Senate floor.
