275	Sen. Corcoran	Clarifies that allowing the amendments will not affect any pooled or non-pooled employer’s rates.

280	Sen. Corcoran	Indicates his intention to support the amendment, but points out the previous opportunity for those 87 employers to join the pool, which they refused.
280	Chair Knopp	Asks whether there is evidence that, had those 87 employers been in the pool, their rates would have gone down.
