008	Judith Callens	Committee Administrator. Explains that SB 820-D14 amendments (EXHIBIT A) completely replaces Section 7 and resolves a conflict HB 2268 by updating the fee schedule.
020	Rep. Jenson	Asks if there is any reason why this bill would need to go to the committee on Ways and Means.
025	Callens	Answers this bill will to directly to the floor to be re-passed.
027	Rep. Jenson	Asks if the bill passes out of committee without this amendment and passed in the D engrossed form, and since HB 2268 already passed both chambers, the fee of $100 would be re-enacted.
034	Callens	Answers affirmatively, which ever bill passes last is the bill that dictates.
060	Chair Ferrioli	Opens the work session on SB 820D.

068	Rep. Jenson	MOTION: Moves SB 820D to the floor with the recommendation that the Senate CONCUR in House amendments dated 05/20/03, 07/01/03 and 07/11/03 and that the bill be FURTHER AMENDED and the measure be REPASSED.
