Explains HB 3062, which suspends the requirement that public libraries maintain actual operating expenditures for public library services. Exhibit 1.

Testifies in support of HB 3062 because under current economic and budget conditions, many libraries would not qualify for Ready to Read grants without the short term suspension of the requirement. Refer to written testimony. Exhibit 2.
