027	Sen. Dukes	Senate District 16. Testifies this bill has been before the Legislature in the past and is in need of being changed to coincide with the new Military Identification Cards by deleting the physical description.
040	Sen. Atkinson	Asks if they anticipate military purchasing alcohol.

057	Jon Stubenvoll	Communications Director, Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). Testifies the bill has an emergency clause because the OLCC has just received notification that the new military identification has deleted their physical description on their identification cards so for the bill to be uniform this change needs to be made immediately
