160	Doug Goe	Member, Innovative Finance Advisory Committee (IFAC). Provides testimony in support of SB 772.

240	Sen. Nelson	Asks if the bill addresses the domain authority issue.

300	Carter	States the light rail project at the Portland airport is a fairly good example. Says the construction and work on the project would have been difficult for several agencies to carry out alone.
