369	Linden	Responds that photo radar is a tool to alter driver behavior and increase safety as well as increase revenue. Elaborates on the current cities utilizing photo radar.
405	Chair Metsger	Asks about the ticketing margin when drivers are traveling at speeds higher than posted. Says for example, a driver doing 47 mph in a 45 mph zone and wants to know if photo radar eliminates the warning process.
