SB 310 – PUBLIC HEARING
059	Callens	Provides overview of SB 310. Reads statement from Columbia River Gorge Association Executive Director Martha Bennett (EXHIBIT C) which states that SB 310 might interfere with the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area policies and county land use ordinances.
136	Michael Lange	Friends of the Columbia Gorge. Provides testimony against SB 310 (EXHIBIT D). Conveys his belief that SB 310 could result in permits being issued that are inconsistent with the National Scenic Area Act.
200	Lange	Continues testimony against SB 310 and states that SB 310 could result in delaying final land use decisions.
243	Bob Leipper	Multnomah County. Submits and provides testimony in favor of SB 310 (EXHIBIT E). Discusses his experience with Multnomah County land use planning policies.
