003	Chair Kitts	Calls the meeting to order at 1:00 pm and opens a public hearing and work session on SCR 2.
SCR 2 – PUBLIC HEARING AND WORK SESSION
008	Cletus Moore	Administrator.  Reviews SCR 2.
010	Sen. Betsy Johnson	Testifies in support of SCR 2.  Explains that as the new Senator for Tillamook County, she has not met Ms. Davy but has been told by people in the Tillamook area that she must do so.  Defers to Rep. Boone to speak to the community involvement and accomplishments by Ms. Davy.
032	Rep. Debra Boone	Testifies in support of SCR 2.  Comments on integrity and accomplishments of Ms. Davy.   States that Ms. Davy has won every kind of award and it is wonderful to honor her.
061	Sen. Johnson	Thanks the Chair and committee for holding the meeting so they can make the announcement Saturday at the Chamber of Commerce meeting.
068	Rep. Farr	Speaks in support of honoring Ms. Davy.
078	Rep. Thatcher	MOTION:  Moves SCR 2 be sent to the floor with a BE ADOPTED recommendation.
079		VOTE:  7-0-0 AYE:            In a roll call vote, all members present vote Aye.
	Chair Kitts	The motion CARRIES. REP. BOONE will lead discussion on the floor.
091	Chair Kitts	Asks committee to stand at ease at 1:08 pm, immediately reconvenes and adjourns the meeting.
