007	Rep. Berger	MOTION:  Moves to RECONSIDER the vote by which SB 283 was sent to the House floor with a DO PASS AS AMENDED recommendation.
010	Rep. Berger	Withdraws her motion.
012	Rep. Berger	MOTION:  Moves to SUSPEND the rules for the purpose of RECONSIDERING the vote on SB 283.
017	Rep. Hass	Asks why the bill is being reconsidered.
018	Chair Butler	Explains that in the amendment process, language from SB 31 was eliminated. Asks if amendments have been received.
021	Paul Warner	Legislative Revenue Officer. Answers yes.
023	Chair Butler	Describes the forthcoming amendment.
026	Rep. Hass	Asks about the status of SB 31.
027	Chair Butler	Answers that it is set for third reading on the House floor.

031	Bruce Warner	Explains that SB 31 would have to be moved back from the House floor and notes the time considerations for taking action on the bill.

046	Chair Butler	Answers that he is not sure when the committee will meet again and notes that the language issue is significant, but was overlooked in the committee process.

074	Rep. Hass	Expresses concern about the relating clause of the bill and the future of the bill.
079	Chair Butler	Answers that he is unsure of the direction of the bill. Discusses that the House Committee on Revenue is better suited than other committees to provide the vetting process for the bill.
100	Rep. Komp	Asks if SB 283 has a subsequent referral to another committee.

118	Rep. Berger	MOTION:  Moves to RECONSIDER the vote by which SB 283 was passed to the House floor with a DO PASS AS AMENDED recommendation.
125	Rep. Boquist	Clarifies that the bill is being reconsidered to bring an amendment forth that addresses an issue regarding the language in SB 31.
127	Chair Butler	Answers yes.
129	Rep. Komp	Asks what the previous vote was in committee.
131	Chair Butler	Answers that it was passed out of committee on a unanimous vote.

141	Chair Butler	Explains the forthcoming amendment. Asks if the bill can be heard earlier than Sunday, July 10 at 5:00 p.m.
160	Warner	Answers that the bill can be heard at another time with permission of the Speaker of the House.
