Hertz Corporation. Testifies in support of HB 2741. Explains that it would create an option for rental car companies to register new vehicles for one-year, two-year, or four-year period to avoid confusion when changing license plates. Notes the potential amendments that would require vehicle renewals to be for two years to conform to the ODOT renewal system.
