045	Jim Gardner	Hertz Corporation. Explains the -1 amendments (EXHIBIT A). Notes that the bill is intended to apply only to passenger vehicles purchased by rental car companies. Proposes that the changes be made in the Senate committee.
078	Rep. Burley	Asks if the intent is for both passenger cars and vans.
083	Robin Freeman	Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Answers that it would refer to motor vehicles as defined under ORS 803.420, subsection 1.
088	Rep. Burley	Points out the language redundancy in the -1 amendments.
092	Rep. Hunt	Asks for an estimated fiscal impact.
094	Gardner	Estimates that the fiscal impact is approximately $10,000-20,000.
