Counsel.  Indicates HB 2306B makes unmarried parents of minor child liable for expenses and education of child.  Introduces B8 amendments which removes the creation of a Task Force on Children’s Access to Health Care (EXHIBIT A).  Notes the fiscal impact for the task force is approximately $26,000 (EXHIBIT B).
