035	Chair Ringo	MOTION: Moves SB 863A to the floor with the recommendation that the House RECEDE from House amendments dated 06/28/05 and REPASS the Measure.
038	Rep. Garrard	Expresses displeasure for recent decisions made by the Washington County Farm Bureau. Explains that is partially why this bill was amended in the House committee. Expresses support for the original bill.
044	Sen. C. Starr	States a possible conflict of interest. Believes this is good policy. Expresses support for reinstating the original bill and removing the House amendments.
052		VOTE: 6-0-0 AYE: In a roll call vote, all members present vote Aye.
