Administrator, Oregon Medical Insurance Pool, Department of Consumer Business and Services (DCBS).  Submits a packet of insurance related informational materials and written testimony in favor of SB 117 (EXHIBIT A).  Presents his testimony in favor of and explaining SB 117.
