Discusses conflict amendment, HB 2542-A15 (EXHIBIT 1). It is the same as the HB 2542-A13 amendment. HB 2933 which deals with personal income tax changes for military personnel has already passed. The conflict connects the bill to changes in HB 2933 and incorporates A-13 changes into A-15 in order to resolve those legal conflicts.

Prozanski’s proposed HB 2234-C12 amendment. Explains, Murphy Plywood burned down and proponents are trying to find a solution to waive it from its contract to increase jobs. Asks for passage of the bill.
