Oregon Historical County Records Guide
Morrow County Records Inventory
Series documents the annual allotment of funds for county government operations as agreed to by the board of commissioners. Information includes total amount of funds budgeted for each office. Later budgets may include organizational charts and a narrative of each county office function.
From circa 1916 until 1979 the county budget was included in the Commissioners Journal (County Commissioners Administrative Journals). Most of the records located in the clerk's vault are available as digital images in a searchable database at the clerk's office.
