The Astoria-Megler Bridge, as seen from Coxcomb Hill, is the longest bridge in Oregon at just over four miles long. The bridge was designed jointly by the Oregon and Washington state highway departments. Construction was begun in 1962 and completed four years later. (Photo No. clatD0072)
