This series consists of records of long-term development, project planning, and proposals. These include: capitol area plans, specific area plans, evaluations, studies, improvement requests, sitings, development plans, historic houses information, design solicitations. Drawings, maps, photos and illustrations are also contained within the series (see Separations List). Also of note is a file collecting correspondence between the CPC and capitol building architect Francis Keally.
