On to Rockaway Swamp giant cedar
Rim rock rises above a very remote section of western Malheur County rangeland in this 1973 photograph. This land was part of an exchange with a rancher who owned adjacent property. The State Land Board exchanges land in order to consolidate contiguous ownership for better management.
