Topics include mine to market roads; highway development along the Columbia River Gorge, Wilson River, and Wolf Creek from Portland to the coast; legislation against billboards and other "scenic nuisances;" the definition of natural beauty concerning highways; and the protection of roadsides including the limitation of roadside logging.
