The Moffett Creek Bridge in the Columbia River Gorge in Multnomah County. The photograph shows a Ford Model-T on a bridge over a steep canyon on the Columbia River Highway in 1918. The newly constructed highway and the later development of major dams along the river brought profound changes for Native Americans and other residents.
